Programs - Infants
Our Infants curriculum focuses on the
primary areas of development for infants.
We consistently work with your child and
provide them with a surplus of love and
care to help them reach necessary
milestones.
Infants
Emotional Skills: We encourage infants to
explore their emotions, especially happiness.
Teachers spend time singing and dancing.
We always working on making sure your child
feels secure. We are always working on
making sure your child feels secure at our
center.

Social Skills: Infants gradually start to
become aware of their surroundings. They
will also be able to recognize people familiar
to them; we will help work on that by getting
your child to become familiar with their
teachers and the other children in their
room. We also work with your child by
helping them imitate hand and facial
gestures.

Communication Skills: We have many
activities designed to increase your infant’s
communication skills, which include
listening and making sounds. As your infant
gets older, we encourage them to try saying
common words.

Fine Motor Skills: We help your child work
on and improve their fine motor skills, which
include finger and hand movements. Fine
motor skill activities that we work on with
your child include shaking a rattle and
picking up finger foods.

Gross Motor Skills: We help your child work
on and improve their gross motor skills,
which include reaching for objects, kicking,
sitting, jumping, and walking.

Cognitive Skills: Cognitive skills are mental
skills that are used in the process of
acquiring knowledge; these skills include
reasoning, perception, and intuition.
Your infant will be encouraged to make
associations based on prior knowledge and
explore the concept of cause and effect by
dumping out toys and manipulating stacking
rings.
